The Fandangle

We had so much fun at the Fandangle. We went with Mimi and Daddy Dee and then the Kunkels (my oldest sister and her family) met us there. Beau liked this longhorn, but did NOT want Dee getting too close.

We thought Beau needed a REAL cowboy hat for the Fandangle. We wished we had kept count of how many cowboys we saw with almost the same exact hat as Beau's! He is so proud of that thing!

If you've never been, you ought to go next year. The Fandangle is the story of Fort Griffin, Albany, and Shackleford County. All the performers are from Albany, and even all the costumes and props are made in and around Albany.

This was one of Beau's favorite parts. We tried to find the longhorn from the picture above!
